How do I place my first online order?

Open your browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) & type www.hikobox.com – you will be asked for your city pin code, click on 'Save location' once you have given correct pin code

Why should I provide my pincode upfront?

Pincode helps us to filter the products that are available in our warehouse based on your location.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

Due to COVID and government restrictions we currently only deliver from Monday - Saturday.But our website is open for orders on Sunday which will be delivered on Monday.

Do you charge delivery fee?

For orders above Rs.500* there is no delivery fee.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Orders placed before 4pm will be at your door step on the same day*.

Is your shop and delivery crew COVID free?

We ensure that our delivery crew wear masks all the time and our shops are regularly sanitised as well.

What payment methods do you support?

We support all payment methods under Razorpay which includes debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI, EMI, Bank Transfer and also Cash on Delivery option.
